Grown in the western highlands of Guatemala at altitudes between 1500-2000 MASL,  Mixed varietals of bourbon, caturra and catuai, selected small growers, hand picked fully washed and sun-dried. Medium light roast great for filter and manual hand brews or for those that prefer a more acidic coffee
